本文选择长春市宽城区奋进乡为典型区,以rs和gis为技术平台,利用1990 - 2002年的土地利用系列统计资料、遥感影像解译数据以及实际调查数据,采用arc方法和统计分析等方法对城市化进程中城市近郊的土地利用结构变化进行分析,获得了土地利用变化的速度、幅度、趋势及转移矩阵;同时将同一时段奋进乡的经济、社会、生态效益的变化与土地利用变化进行对比分析,结果表明:农用地面积逐年减少,建设用地面积逐渐增多,社会经济效益明显提高,但土地的生态效益却有所下降。
